interview

I have a job interview with Four Mile Pres Church in Beaver, Pa this Sunday. the church is in Beaver, i'm in Jerusalem, and the interview is on the phone.

perhaps you'd like to pray.

i've been all over the world in 3 years and one thing i know with certainty is that i do NOT want to make a move again without absolute and complete faith in the direction from God. froget it, no more, 'i think it's a good idea.' i'm out.

if there isn't something profoundly pointing, i'm not moving. i'll wait. i have to learn sometime. i will wait for it.

that's how i feel right now.

(oh, but the job is kinda great - i don't have any idea what it is like to work withing a political system like a church. even with camps i've always been temporary staff so i don't have anything to compare it to... i'm a little nervous about the idea of starting a youth/ campus ministry from scratch and living in a small, out of town neighborhood too. but they have a climbing tower coming soon to help me feel like home.)
